Michelin-Star Dining Experiences:
Martin Berasategui, a 12 time Michelin-star chef, and his team run the hotel's à la carte restaurant, Etxeko. The other à la carte restaurant serves Andalusian cuisine, and in the morning, the café serves coffee and pastries. Guests can also visit one of the three bars for snacks and drinks throughout the day.
